Refund / Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for Krazy Ice LLC bookings.

Deposits

Deposits secure your event date and are generally non-refundable, as they reserve our team and equipment for your selected day.

Cancellations

Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible to reschedule, subject to availability. Cancellations close to the event date may forfeit payments already made. Specific terms are provided in your booking contract.

Weather

For outdoor events affected by severe weather, we'll work with you to reschedule where possible. Please contact us as early as possible to discuss options.
