These Terms & Conditions govern the catering services provided by Krazy Ice LLC. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Bookings & Deposits

A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your event date. Dates are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once the deposit is received.

Service

We will arrive at the agreed time to set up, serve, and clean up within the hours specified in your package. Access to the event location and any required permits are the client's responsibility.

Liability

Krazy Ice LLC is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather or venue access issues.
